ZW Doors applies quality-control procedures throughout production, inspection and packing. Depending on the product category, our inspection process covers raw materials, dimensions, welding quality, surface finishing, structural stability, hardware installation, operating performance and final appearance.

For interior doors, particular attention is given to door-leaf flatness, surface consistency, edge finishing, frame alignment, hardware fitting and smooth operation.

Products requiring certified fire resistance, acoustic performance, blast resistance or other specialist characteristics are assessed according to the destination market and project requirements. Specific performance claims are only presented when supported by applicable test reports or certification documents.

ZW Doors selects the packaging method according to the product material, structure, dimensions and transportation conditions. Available packaging options include protective film, foam, cartons, pallets and reinforced wooden cases.

Extra protection is applied to product surfaces, corners, hardware and other vulnerable areas. Interior doors may be individually packed with cartons, foam and corner protection before being secured on pallets.

Glass doors and glazed products can be packed separately in reinforced wooden cases with shock-resistant protection. The final packaging method is determined by the glass specification, product dimensions and shipping requirements.

Our team can also assist with product documentation, packing information, export packaging and delivery preparation.
