At ZW Doors, we understand that receiving your doors is a crucial step in your construction or renovation project. Heavy-duty steel doors, custom villa gates, and commercial door systems require careful handling to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our streamlined delivery service is designed to provide a safe, efficient, and transparent logistics experience from our facility directly to your job site.

Safe & Secure Transportation

Doors are significant investments, and protecting them during transit is our top priority.

● Specialized Packaging: Every product is securely crated, padded, and protected against moisture, scratches, and impact.

● Experienced Carriers: We partner with specialized freight carriers who have extensive experience handling oversized and heavy building materials.

● Real-Time Updates: We keep you informed throughout the shipping process, providing tracking information and estimated delivery windows so you can plan your schedule accordingly.

Flexible Delivery Options

We offer versatile delivery solutions tailored to the specific needs of your project:

● Curbside Delivery: Standard drop-off at the end of your driveway or the curb nearest to your site.

● Site Delivery: For larger orders or hard-to-reach locations, we can arrange for the freight truck to enter your property and deliver the crates directly to your construction zone.

● Scheduled Appointments: Coordinate a specific delivery date and time window that aligns perfectly with your contractors' availability.

Unloading & Inspection Guidelines

To ensure a smooth handover, please note the following upon arrival:

● Preparation: Ensure the delivery area is clear of obstacles, and have the necessary equipment (such as a forklift or pallet jack) ready if curbside delivery is selected.

● Immediate Inspection: Please inspect the crates for any visible transit damage before the driver leaves. Note any damages on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

● Storage: If you are not ready for installation, store the doors in a dry, climate-controlled environment, keeping them flat and elevated off the ground to prevent warping or moisture damage.
